Reader privacy

Reader sign-in uses your email address to verify your identity. Signing in does not automatically subscribe you to the newsletter.

If you choose to subscribe, Openr stores your verified email address and subscription preference. You can withdraw that preference from the Subscribe page after signing in.

Cloudflare hosts Openr. Reader sign-in and email delivery will use Supabase and Resend when those services are activated. A secure session cookie keeps you signed in; it is not used for advertising.
